How To Be Saved

1. Admit: You need to be saved. (John 3:3)
   
2. Believe: That Jesus died on the cross for your sins and rose again from the dead. (John 3:16; Romans 10:9,10)
   
3. Repent: Turn in the opposite direction of sin. (Acts 3:10)
   
4. Confess: That Jesus is your Lord. (Romans 10:9,10)
   
5. Receive: Jesus by faith as your personal Lord and Savior and have eternal life. (John 20:31)

You can say this prayer and mean it from your heart and you will experience the gift of salvation:

"Dear God,

Forgive me of all my sins; I repent of them.  I turn from my sins.  I believe in my heart and confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord and that You raised Him from the dead.

Right now, I receive Jesus as my personal Lord and Savior.  Romans 10:9, 10 says, "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shalt believe with thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved"  I belong to you, Lord God.  In Jesus Name.  Amen"

Now that you have received Christ, YOU MUST BE BAPTIZED. (Mark 16:16; Acts 2:38)  Also, God requires you to BE A PART OF A LOCAL CHURCH (Hebrews 10:25).
